Kualanamu Airport in North Sumatra is an international airport that continues to experience an increase in passenger numbers. To support efficient mobility and reduce congestion in the airport area, the development of an integrated Railink station is a priority. This study aims to examine the development of Kualanamu Airport Railink Station to improve accessibility, comfort, and public transportation services. The methods used include a survey of existing conditions, user needs analysis, interviews with station managers and service users, and a literature review related to airport train station development. The findings indicate that the development of infrastructure and supporting facilities such as waiting rooms, information systems, parking areas, and intermodal transportation connectivity needs to be significantly improved. In addition, the integration of user-friendly design and service digitalization are also key to successful development. The study's conclusion confirms that the development of an integrated and user-oriented Kualanamu Railink Station can improve passenger experience, operational efficiency, and support sustainable transportation growth in North Sumatra.
