The growth of the tourism sector in Bogor City has driven the need for high-standard accommodation facilities. Hotel Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis, as one of the five-star hotels in the area, is expanding by building Extension Wing 3 to increase capacity and improve service quality. This activity aims to study the construction process of the Extension Wing 3 Hotel Royal Tulip project from the technical, managerial, and occupational safety aspects. The methods used include field observation, documentation of work progress, analysis of shop drawings, and interviews with the project implementation team. This project includes reinforced concrete structure work, architecture, mechanical-electrical, and environmental management around the construction area. The results of the activity show that the construction was carried out in stages with a schedule-based construction system, using system formwork technology and precast materials for time efficiency. Quality control and implementation of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) were carried out strictly to minimize risks in the work area. The conclusion of this activity shows that the construction of Extension Wing 3 Hotel Royal Tulip was carried out professionally and in a planned manner, and made a real contribution to the development of hotel infrastructure and improving the local economy through the construction and tourism sectors.
