Depok Baru Station is a public transportation facility that plays a vital role in supporting public mobility in the Greater Jakarta area. The high passenger traffic demands comfortable, safe, clean, and functional station facilities. However, the East Hall, restrooms, and staff rooms at Depok Baru Station previously required redevelopment to improve service quality and user comfort. Therefore, a facility redevelopment project was undertaken, including repairs and reorganization of the East Hall, toilet renovations, and staff room renovations. The work was carried out in stages, from preparation through core implementation to the finishing stage, with attention to quality, safety, and punctuality. The results showed an improvement in the condition of the station facilities, making them more organized, clean, and comfortable, supporting smooth operational activities and passenger mobility. In addition to improving the comfort of public transportation users, this project also had a positive impact on staff performance and the image of a more modern and user-friendly public transportation service. Thus, the facility redevelopment at Depok Baru Station is expected to improve service quality and support the station's ongoing operational effectiveness.
