Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to increase students' understanding and awareness of safety and security at railway crossings at SMA Negeri 5 Jakarta. The implementation method includes socialization, material delivery, interactive discussions, and simple simulations related to potential hazards, traffic regulations, and safety procedures at level crossings. Evaluation of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of accident risks and the importance of disciplined and alert behavior when crossing railway lines. Participants also gave positive responses and demonstrated a commitment to applying the knowledge gained in their daily lives. This activity is expected to contribute as a preventative effort to reduce the number of accidents at level crossings and build a safety culture from an early age.
