The construction of the Patimban Toll Road, a national strategic infrastructure project, requires a strong and stable foundation to support high traffic loads. Pile piles were chosen as the primary solution to address the soft and inhomogeneous soil conditions at the project site. This study aims to analyze the pile foundation installation process for the Patimban Toll Road Package project, as well as evaluate its effectiveness and stability against construction loads. The methods used include field surveys, soil testing, monitoring of pile installation techniques, and analysis of technical data from the contractor. The results show that the installation using the diesel hammer and vibrator method successfully achieved the depth and bearing capacity according to technical standards. The installation process was carried out by taking into account soil characteristics, minimizing environmental impacts, and supporting construction acceleration. The conclusion shows that the pile foundation is effective in ensuring the stability of the toll road structure and is able to withstand heavy traffic loads. Strict supervision is recommended to ensure quality and timeliness of implementation.
